Talent Show forms

It's been a while since you've seen updates here... I apologize! 

I am attaching the talent show form to this post. Students who would like to participate in the talent show MUST return the completed form by tomorrow, April 30- no exceptions. Please carefully read the letter and make sure that all information/music/lyrics are included. 

2014-2015 talent show form

Acts must be no longer than 1 1/2 minutes long. (The form says 3 minutes- that is incorrect.)
